Can’t get past verifying your information on the setup. Order TVBox, I followed the directions to get activated. Let’s me pick language and put in my phone number then ask for code or information about account. Sends me a code and I put it in, then verifies until it stops. Won’t let me go further and I have already called Xfinity and they said someone from 2nd stage would call, but no one called.
