Can someone help me?

Comcast underground cable penetrated and clogged my sewage line. Cause dirty water back in the house. I need to cut or remove Comcast underground cable to replace broken sewage line. Today is the 6th day since I reported to comcast. Still no one from Comcast come to even take a look at it.
I tried to contact Comcast agent assigned to this case. He didn't even pick up phone nor return my call. I just need someone from Comcast to remove the cable. So I can fix my sewage line. So My family don't have to live in dirty water and awful smell around us. My son is home school now. He has to deal with awful situation at home. That is not fair for him. That is not health for him. I don't understand why when I call AT & T, they sent someone within 2 hours at the same day(I call Att first , I thought it was ATT fiber cable) . And after 6 days Comcast still can't tell me when ?
I don't know how long do I need to wait to have problem fix? Can anybody help my family?

Help the kid, Any idea ? Please help US !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck to anyone who have to deal with this. This is Comcast service.  I am so disappointed and frustrated.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
