Can not connect to a customer representative on the phone
I have been calling the 1-800-Xfinity in the last few days trying to change my data plan to unlimited, but every time after holding for 10-15 minutes the phone is silent and disconnected. Very frustrated!! Tried it on Xfinity website under my account, it said ” it's unavailable ”! Does anyone know how to get to a real person to talk to?
