Cable wires running up my house need to be moved

My xfinity cables run up my house right bnext to my fron tporch.  They have come unattached and are unsightly.  I have notice all of my other neighbors cable run across their house and are much less noticable. How do I request to have my cables moved to a place that is less noticeable?
