Cable not working since January 25th Chicago, IL Jefferson Park 60630
Since January 25th cable TV has not been working. TV turns on with a picture but not able to change channels or use the guide button. Cable reboots and then screen show up saying having trouble connecting to the internet. I have called 3 days in a row about this and spoke to Xfinity agent. They tell me they are aware of service problem in the area and agents are working hard to restore service...and this goes back to January 25th. Agent that I last spoke with today told me that they do NOT know when service is to be restored. Now I have to pay Xfinity monthly bill for a service that is not working. Worse is that no email or communication to me, a paying customer, about this service outage that has been ongoing since January 25th. An absolute mess Xfinity is as they lie of a cable TV service that does not work and keeps paying customers in the dark as they continue to collect bills from paying customers. Wonde how many other 60630 paying customers also are getting worked over by Xfinity??
