The technition came to wire my home for WIFI service. He left the cable lying on the ground, it is on the lawn, where the lawn service mowes the grass. This cable should be suspended, or buried. Management is not happy, neither am I. If that cable gets mowed over, I lose my service.

This may be a temporary line due to the weekend, but let me double-check for you. Sometimes techs will set up temp lines so you have some service, vs waiting for a line to be buried, rendering no services at all.
