Cable down - ticket #051202096

I have been waiting almost 4 weeks for someone to come out to reattach a downed support cable.  It is hanging in my back yard.  I contacted Comcast by phone and was told someone would be here ASAP to repair it.  No one showed.   Ticket #051202096

The Comcast support call tree and Chat bot are infuriating.   It's impossible to get through to a human.

Can someone please provide a status?
