Cable Lines

We have been waiting for someone to recable for us since March. Everytime we someone comes out they aren't prepared to recable and I am told someone will contact me in 24 hours and no one does. Our service is "unstable" and drops off frequently. We are very frustrated! @Xfinityconstruction
