Cable Bury Request

Hi,

 

I've been waiting for my Cable Bury request for close to 14 days now and I still haven't received any form of update in the submitall process.

 

My request is still stuck in Submitted stage - The xfinity technician that came said it should only take 5 days max.

I have tried calling support many times but they keep giving me no help. I have just moved into a new house and I need internet to WFH.

 

If I can't receive help as soon as possible, I will need to switch to a different provider as I can't get my work done using my phone's hotspot.

I feel your pain.  I had a ticket raised a month ago for the construction team to contact us to arrange survey and build to the property we're moving into.  Still haven't heard anything and now the very helpful real humans on the Facebook Messenger service can't be reached.  We don't have a good choice of suppliers in our area and are desperate for help!

 

Do post if you find a route to get common sense answers!
