CUTE! Flick the switch off and go home for the night! Comcast ruins my evening.

I picked up a modem for my new address.   The services were supposed to overlap, not directly transfer.

 

Apparently, as soon as I picked up the new modem, you (*@W$# turned off my service!

 

I get a phone call on my way home my service was no longer working.

 

I walk in the door and spend an hour trying to get someone on the phone but you all went home, multiple automatic modem resets NO people!

 

 

Do you train your people?  Why does retreiving equipment from a location trigger a service disconnect?  Why does your system know my phone number, see that I've called 20 times and I still can't talk to a person?

 

Somehow I got it working, Comcast ruined my evening.   You only exist because you strong-armed everyone else out of the market.  I'm hungry for any competition to your service.
