CHANGING BILL RATES FROM ONE MONTH TO THE NEXT
I absolutely dispise you as a cable company. Goughing people from one month to the next. My "PROMO" was over last Oct - negotiated anther rate under a different "Promo" just to have my bill go up again because of the stinking rate increases in Dec. My Promo rate should of stayed the same until my "Contract" was up, but it didn't cause your a slime ball cable company. Just when I think my rate will some what be the same as it had been (after paying January's bill that was closet to my old promo rate), I get a bill for February that's almost a $100 because there were further increases!!!! I can't stand Xfinity. I cancelled my auto pay. I won't pay the extra for not having the auto service!! I've put up with your shady business dealings for the last 5 years or more. I absolutely HATE Comcast/Xfinity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
