We understand that sometimes customers may be a little late paying their bills. You have until your next bill print date before your account is considered to be overdue. You can find the print date at the top of your bill and its usually about a week after your bill is typically due.
You will be fine if you pay the bill on the 11th but if you need more than a week, let me know here and we can set up a promise-to-pay. We know times have been rough for everyone lately so we want to make sure we do everything we can to help our customers out too! 🙂
