I am 83 and accidently signed up MLB exta innings which we don't need because we already have through MLB directly. I am being charged 44.99 in two payments. I called the day that happend, some time ago and the agent assured me I would get credit. A 44.99 amount is shown on my account to be paid this month. Please help. I am so frustrated because I can't talk to anyone. We seniors need to talk to someone.
Our TV has not been working right for months, and have called and tried everything they said with no help. The last guy said they would send someone out, and he would call back and of course he never did. We are read to switch to AT&T if we don't get help soon.
