Once again we have not received an email notice that our paperless bill is available. We have verified our paperless billing settings. It has the same email address (not comcast) that we've been using for years. Last month we also reactivated our comcast email account and have received emails from this forum there. However I have check it and there is no notice of the billing. This problem began 3 or 4 months ago.
