We have paperless billing and in the last two months have not received an email notification when the bill is ready. We only receive an email when the auto-pay is occurring.

The link that you gave me went to "page not found". However, I have checked my settings and the option to send an email notice of billing is set to ON and it can not be changed. I have checked the email address that you have and the correct address is identified as my preferred email (not the comcast.net address). That same email account is receiving the notice of automatic payment.
Also, on my original post I had checked the box to email me when someone replies and that hasn't happened.
