Bill way too high

My bull keeps going up and up. I can’t afford this bill any longer. I started at $35 and am now being charged $124 for Internet and Streaming. I don’t even stream!! I need Internet because I am forced to work from home and I am an essential employee with the COVID pandemic. I am going to find another service that isn’t charging me incredible late fees and 3 times the Internet cost. I have made multiple calls and always get a voice mail to call me back. I can’t do this anymore!
