How do I submit bankruptcy information for my account?  And how do I private message someone here because I don't see the option on the right of the screen as stated on another post.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
