Bad service
I just want to complain about the e-mail service. It took Comcast a week to fix my e-mail service. I spent hours on the phone with multiple people. I was told after they got it working that they would restore the e-mail I lost as well as the folders that had been emptied. I was also told there would be a credit given to the account for the week of lack of service. I have seen neither. I just spent a half hour on the phone again and am now told there is nothing they can do. I truly can't believe how bad this has been and to hear that no one care about fulfilling the things I was promised. Bad, bad, bad service.

First off, residential email shouldn't be used for business purposes. Comcast's email isn't a line item so you're not being charged anything for it which may be why you aren't seeing any credit. I can't tell you why they haven't restored your emails, however.
But, if you are running a business and need email you might want to check out Google Workspace. While not free it is low cost for one individual and offers a lot of perks, such as 30GB cloud storage, a customizeable email address, file sharing, video conferencing, etc.

I never said I use it for business. I do use it for public organizations I am involved with. As to being charged, there is definitely a charge included with the package I have. It doesn't matter anyway. I was told I would receive a credit for the days I was without my e-mail service which I have not received.

We're definitely here to support you and we will do what we can to get this fixed. Again is right, that we don't normally offer credit for email service. However, depending on the situation, we might be able to offer something for the inconvenience. We can absolutely take a look and review the situation and determine next steps.
