Bad communication skills

You would think a company as big as Xfinity would have common sense or common courtesy to warn or put a notice out before they have a "routine system maintenance" or whatever they have going on im tired of companies acting like their customers are nothing basically like we don't need to know this things but i do think we pay for it am i right or wrong for these thoughts anyone?
