Autopay

Why am I being texted that I have an overdue balance when my autopay will pay the bill 6 days from now? I never have overdue balances.

You need to read your billing statement every month because it usually has information in it that is pertinent to your account.

What does your billing statement say?  Has the due date changed?  Did you make changes to your account?

How can I have an overdue bill when I am signed up for autopay? I have made NO changes to my account for the past 11months.

I, too, am being told that I have an overdue bill.  How can this be when I have been on autopay for 10 months and no changes have been made to my account by me?

Oh no @user_7ba421 , I can’t imagine the concern and frustration you are feeling right now. Thank you for using autopay to pay every month. Like you, I love how convenient it is and I don’t have to worry each month about my payment being late. At times, we do see that an error or mistake can happen with automatic payment. Normally, a problem will arise when the card on file has expired or a customer has canceled the card on file (lost or stolen). In these cases, we ask the customer to enter the new card info. Let’s take a look together.
