Autopay discount $10/month
Hello,
I signed up last week for xfinity internet package and the rep told me I will get $10 Autopay discount. So I signed up for autopay. But nowhere in my contract or in my account/bil/setting I see this discount mentioned. How do I confirm that?

maverick202, great question! In order to qualify for the auto pay $10 discount, you need to enroll in both auto pay and ecobilling. Once that is done, the billing system will automatically apply the discount monthly to your bill.
