Auto payment

How can Comcast go from charging me for just the basic channels, (no pay options were ever used or selected at any time), and I just happened to decide to look at statements from my bank.  See they began stealing from me about a year and a half ago, topk money from my account -  $167+ change. I never altered my original selection of basic family. And agan I  see they  araised it without my knowdge to an  outrageous amount $201.14.

This company has no morals,  How can they charge me $201 for what???  And I never authorized the changes.  Don;t even try to call cusomer service. Nasty People that are hard to understand,

I will be looking into my rights and find out how to recoup the money they stole from me.

The onus is on you to check your billing statement every month, especially when you have autopay/bank pay.  Unfortunately, because you neglected to do that, the most you can recoup is about 4 months' worth  of over payment.
