Why do 3 different tech come out with the same excuse they cannot put the line in the air. I have put in several work orders. the last guy came out his appointment was Saturday Jul 25 between 5-7 p.m. He show us at 8:15 p.m. stating I cannot do anything because it dark. (did not call to say he was running late). He said he would be back on Sunday between 12 & 1, of course He did not show up. I waiting until today Tuesday Jul 28 and call the number he called me from. He stated his supervisor did not given him anytime whatever that means. I called customer service and still on hold as I type this. I called customer service at 3:00 p.m. and it is now 5:45 p.m. I under about coronvirus but this is unacceptable. Whatever happen to common courtesy. If my payment was to be late you gladly charge me. My backyard cannot be finish because of the cabl is sitting on top of the ground. I did not wait until the last minute I put this workorder in over 6 month they put one line up and the other cable underground, when I specific said I need them in the air, found the underground when they project was started, it was cut, the tech came out on Jul 22 and repair it told him it need to put in the air he said he could not do it and instead of him put in the work order for the line to put up he put in work order for buried when He knew it could not be bury. I just need the line up it costing me money.
