For years xfinity has been creping up the costs of my serivce, and at the same time has made it impossible to change my plan online (oh the irony). Is that even legal? Add to that that I'm charged for sports that I never use, and that the bundels offered are completely out of sync with anyone's actual needs, and I wonder whether it's not time for regulators to step in.
