Another Outage

I am tired of the constant outages. A four hour long outage between 6PM and 10PM is completely unacceptable. Essentially I will pay for an entire day of service that I can't even use. I cannot wait until the legal system eliminates monopolies like Comcast that charge way too much for terrible service. When are these companies going to the United States catch up with the rest of developed world? It is ridiculous that the home of the internet is charged these outrageous prices for a obsolete, slow internet service. Why can I not get fiber internet and consistent service in one of the biggest cities in the country. Why do I only have one choice for service? Why do my friends and family in Europe and Asia get to laugh at how much I pay for terrible internet? Crash and burn Comcast your time can't be here soon enough.
