I have been unable to work due to this outage. I would have appreciated an email from Xfinity with the reason(s) why this outage happened in the first place. I would like a credit for losing a day of internet.
In marietta, ga and internet has been out since 4am thursday morning. Came back on for about an hour at 10pm on Thursday night and had been out ever since which makes no sense that it was back on and then off again. NO UPDATE STATUS AT ALL which is very frustrating. For a communications company, your communication is horrendous.
