I received a letter regarding a courtesy adjustment for the sports Network Hiatus.  Can you please let me know how I can take advantage of this offer...Crannya

If you read the letter you'd find:

"You don't need to take any action to receive this courtesy adjustment. It will be applied to your bill automatically this month."

Also, you can log in to your account and look at your bill at https://my.xfinity.com

Thanks for using the Xfinity Forums. @jav6joev is correct. If you received a notification regarding the credit, it would be applied to your account as a credit. If you'd like me to review your account to determine if the credit has been issued, I'd be happy to do so.
