My mom lives in an assisted living facility in Margate, FL. They moved her from apartment 217 to apartment 117 in the same facility. The folks at the facility moved all the equipment to her new room and everything is working fine.
I want to make sure that my billing information reflects the new room my mom now resides in.

One you can go into a local service center and get the address updated there, you will need to provide an ID and proof of address with the new room assignment. Second you can fill out a service address form that can be sent to your email account on file.
