I have been with Comcast since 1993. We love the service and do not want to switch. We have a newly built home we are trying to get Comcast service. There have been 3 attempts and another this Saturday. What is happening is when I place the order it says there is service on my land but there is not so the tech closes the ticket saying not serviceable. When I call back they tell me it is. So I googled mapped my address and it takes me to a driveway a half mile down the road but the lot is vacant. I drove there and looked and I can see where Comcast has done work there. I have been trying for a month to get this information to the techs who bring the nodes to the land but have not been able too. Is there any way I can get Comast help on this issue? We need service at our new house.
