I would like to add an additional external IP address to my CM1000 modem, but appears this feature was eliminated for resedential service. I see that some exceptions can be made so I am hoping you can assist in allowing me to add this additional address. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

I am not able to see the 2nd dynamic IP. It is listed on the account but I am not able to get a second address through my CM1200 modem. Can you please help me get this going. I have spent a couple hours with support and they do not have the resources to assist with this problem. Thanks,
