Account termination

Hi, my account was terminated because there is an outstanding balance at my address that has nothing to do with me. I want to know why my service was cancelled when I don’t owe anything, and I paid the $50 for this month but I wasn’t refunded that when my service was deactivated for no reason.
Could someone please tell me why my service was deactivated when it has nothing to do with me? Also, since it has nothing to do with me, could you please restore my internet service. Thank you!
