Not sure if this is the correct forum section, but I'd like some help activating my account. I signed up for xfinity internet last month with my own router/ modem, and activated it fine. For some reason my account has been disconnected as of last Thursday morning. There's no bill to pay, or anything im aware of that could've disconnected it. The phone number I've been calling has been less than helpful, pretty much only stating that I no longer have an active account. So I've been without my internet for almost a week. I'd appreciate any help given, thank you.
Edit: Finally got in contact with someone on the phone. Everything's fixed up.
