Account closed but no receipt

Account closed but no receipt

I closed my xfinity account and returned all the equipment in store on 02/22/2021. After scanning the returned equipment, the service rep said he is not able to provide receipt but he had "annotated" the account for closing. Is this standard procedure?
I am cancelling my account within the 30 day grace period which ends on 02/25/21 so I want to make sure the cancellation is finalized.
