I tried to upgrade my account from my current 70mbs download plan to a 600mbs download max and 15mbs upload max plan. I recived the conformation code after purchase but never recieved the email conformation. My account has not updated the service plan yet. This is the second time I've tried to do this in the last 24 hours. Not sure where to go from here. Tried to call online but couldn't verify my account due to a change in payment method. Any sory of information or direction would be very helpful!
