After the initial install on 8/29/2020 with a temporary above-ground orange cable, there have been two additional install team visits with no decision as to an aerial vs. bury install. My preference is aerial as its a shorter route. No contact info was provided and its now been 20 days since the last status "we'll escalate this to our boss".
Please help as I need the permanent install completed ASAP. thanks...
