4K DVR Biox
I have contacted Xfinity customer care 4 times, the first in early January. I am requesting a replacemnt set box to upgrade to 4K service. One which is adverrtised as being a free upgrade. Each of the four times I have chatted or spoken with representatives, I was assured a box was being sent, that has not happened. My last enocunter was yesterday (2/5/21) and, again, I was told a box was on the way. I really have no reason as yet to believe that will happen given the track record so far. For someone paying approximately $250 a month with Comcast I expected better service.
