2 no shows for appointments
How do I get Comcast/Xfinity to show up as scheduled? I took off of work, waited almost 3 hours (the two hour window and beyond) only to get a dishonest response from customer service. Greatly inconvenienced today and no phone, internet, or cable for several days. The service and response time is just bad!
