Hello, I’m so confused. I’ve asked Xfinity yesterday if I could have bring my current Xfinity bill to my new address. It’s on one property. The landlords have they own account.
I’m going to be living in their apartment above the garage. I was told as long as I say etc 123 main st apt 2. I would be able to get my own account. I did that today and I was told I can’t. I don’t know what I’ll do without internet?
The solution center said they had to make a ticket to create a new address for the property. Can I get this or not?
