If my package is around $60 a month why was I charged $116 dollars? I just moved and transferred service to my new home. Does this have somehting to do with being double billed?

It's doubtful you're being "double billed". Most likely you had a balance that was transferred and you're paying a prorated amount. It should straighten out in a month. Also, a couple of other things may have happened as well. If you were in a contract and the contract expired then you're seeing every day pricing [check the account number; when you transferred service you received a new account number]. Or possibly, if you made changes to your service when you transferred you'll see the higher price.
Take your billing statements and compare them.
