seasonal billing

how can i get this resolved without being on phone hold for hours 

please give me a number to call that can solve this i have a verification code of 134709 per veronica from the cgo office

my account is suppose to be on vacation and they are still billing me

my account was suppose to go on vacation may 18 - and resume 9/14  they are still billing me at full rate could you please check on this

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
