I hear you. My Xfinity plan went up by $23 on today's bill. I also have a phone line that originally was $10 a month, now it's $30. Also on 7/23/2020 I lose discounts which could up my bill by another $63. I found out also that when you call to talk to someone, you must say yes to their customer survey or else the automated system will eventually just hang up on you. Once I did get a person, she was very nice but quoted me a price that was wrong. So I told her to forget everything while I think about it. Feel like I am between a rock and a hard place.
