"Service discount" went down this month without any explanation.

One would think if there was going to be a billing change there would be some explanation. 

 

BTW, This website is rediculous.  I have never gotten an answer from their "Assistant" that was meaningful.  Comcast is doing it's best to create the illusion of service; and failing.

But if you have internet they have no requirement to advise of increase?
