paid a bill that was not posted
I paid via my bank account like I always do on 09/29 and noticed the other day the payment was not posted. I ended up paying with my credit card, so now you have received two payments. Why was the payment not posted to my account?

I have the same problem. The payment was withdrawn from my bank account on 9/29, but my Comcast account still shows a balance due, and the payment doesn't show up on the recent payments list. I called customer service and they said my balance is zero, but then why doesn't the website show this?

The problem is fixed. The payment is showing up now and my balance is zero.

Mine too. With both of them being on 09/29 I wonder if it was a problem on Comcast's side. Whatever I'm glad the payments posted.
