Billing Agents and Supervisors have continually lied to me about my monthly bill. I have recorded each and every conversation with this company and am taking my documents to the Attorney General's Office to file a Federal Complaint against this Defendant for falsely montly billing and failure to credit my account. The continued abuses of single mother's during this time of the pandemic will no longer be tolorated.
