I had an internet-only plan this last year. I've been very happy with the internet-only plan so far and would like to stick with it (rather than looking at switching to another provider). Could someone help me renew the contract or find a similarly priced plan? I've contacted customer service twice via Chat and wasted over an hour (once I was cut off/the customer service rep disappeared and the second time they were taking forever to respond/locate options and I had to end the chat). Thanks.

I'm in the same situation.  I saw @ComcastMartin and @ComcastMorgan helped someone here.  I hope they could help us too.
