I'mbeing charged WAY to much, whats new. The rep i was on the line with told me my was 50$ no its not SIR!! me and my son are students and getb the $15 internet plan. He tried to tell me that stopped on June 30th. UM NO, I was told I would stay at this price ALWAYS until Covid was over. And besides that my plan was only $35. HUNG UP ON ME!!
I DESPERATELY NEED A DIRECT PHONE NUMBER!!! all i get is the auto system then a dumb text. not alive person!! and their going to disconnect me and werein schoola nd need internet for distance learning!!
