current bill

Called customer service May 26 to inquire aout triple play & only at digital preferred pkg at time. Told rep I was a senior on fixed income & cost was main factor. Had no cell phone or internet at that time.

Rep found pkg including my then current cable pkg, digital preferred. Since cost was determining factor, I was told first bill would be $149.81 in total & each subsequent bill in total would be $118.99.

Had to do phone approval which rep wasn't familiar with & took over an hour. I several times asked her to confirm the monthly price of $118.99 which she did.

Now I have a computer & saw my bill online last night for first time. My current bill is over $40 more then rep quoted & over $30 more for the following months. This is not what I agreed to in the phone approval & would like current bill & each after adjusted.

  Went to Infinity store in Pottsrown,Pa. & they understood the miscommunication . Suggested I ask to speak with a supervisor in Billing for some help. Can I do this here ? If not, I need a phone number to call that stays in the USA. Don't want to discuss problem outside USA. HELP  me please !!
