contract ended. Looking for current promotions.


My 24 month contract just ended for my Super Triple Play and my bill increased, of course. Try to change service on xfinity website and it says Sorry, reach out. I'd like info on current promotions so that I can lower my bill.  I have had service for over 5 years at this current address, and about 15 years at my old address.  It is insane that having a modem, 3 boxes, and tv and internet that my bill is $259/month

I would be happy to see if we have the option to get you a 4K box for one of your TV's. Do you feel comfortable self installing it, if we were to ship it to you?
