On Sept 15 I turned in my tv boxes and switch to internet online but i'm still being billed for my old plan...

and also I was looking at the charge for the internet only plan that i'm now on and i have 2 surgure on ther for sports package and tv surge ..i DONT HAVE TV WHY IM BEING CHARGE THIS

It should be because the changes you made will not fully reflect or update until the next bill cycles out. For any further specifics regarding the bill, please send me a PM with your first and last name.
