can't change my plan

Can't manage my plan because I have Flex
I've been trying to change my plan, but got an error message :  
Thanks for getting started! Since Flex is in your plan, the Xfinity Assistant can help complete your order online. Or, you can call 1-800-XFINITY. "
How could I solve this problem?
Any help appreciated!!
